The location was perfect, right off 17th Avenue close to many bars and restraunts, accommodations were much nicer and more spacious than I expected.

Good choice for your Calgary stay

Central convenient location; unit is tired and in need of maintenance.
The location was central with shopping and restaurants readily accessible. Check in procedures were efficient Response by manager/owner when needed was quick
Property pictures are deceptive. It is not nearly as polished, bright, and put-together as shown. The entire apartment could use a deep clean along with dedicated attention to maintenance details. I was unimpressed that the check- out procedures include: - ‘Take out the garbage (In brown bin in the back of the building)’. I don’t mind taking out what I brought in, but wouldn’t taking out the garbage be included in regular cleaning after guests depart? - ‘Scrub and mop all floors.’ Really? I expect to clean up my own spills and/or messes, but scrub & mop the floors? (Btw - no mop, pail, or floor scrubber provided). Again, wouldn’t this be part of regular post-guest cleaning? The following items need to be addressed: -The floors, stairs were dusty and gritty in some areas. More attentive cleaning needed. - Glass surfaces streaky and smudged; -very slow internet connection; Netflix stalled or had grainy screen while watching shows - dirty and broken lamp shades - bathroom lock needs replacement or repair; it is loose and does not securely lock; - hook behind bathroom door is broken/missing -vanity soap dish is broken; although liquid hand soap provided. - Electrical outlets are situated in places covered by furniture or beds; extension cords would help; - bulb over kitchen breakfast counter burnt out; needs replacement; - Built in microwave has a sign indicating ‘out of service’; however a replacement microwave is provided. - pillows are old, thin, shapeless and unsupportive; need replacement - bed linen is pilled, tired, and needs refreshing; the linen did not feel crisp or clean

Good comfortable location for a medium to longer term stay.
Comfortable venue in a very good location. It had all necessary facilities. Contact with the operators was easy.

Nice but overpriced
Great location! Walking distance to 17th Ave SW. Cool lofty space with lots of room.
Poor ventilation. Like zero air flow even with two fans. Second bedroom is actually a den with small windows up too high to reach. Poor lighting throughout and lots of burnt out light bulbs. No mop and bucket. 1 dishwasher tab. 1 laundry soap pod and 1 dryer sheet for a 6 days stay over Christmas. No vacuum only a broom. Microwave hood fan microwave door handle was broken so rather than repair it, they put an out of order sign on it and put another microwave on the counter. No garbage bags. 1 dishtowel and dishcloth. Dishwasher performs more like a sanitizer than a dishwasher as you have to wash the dishes before putting them through if you want them cleaned. The washing machine is a washer/dryer combo that washes ok but the dryer cycles take 3 hours and you have to run it through at least twice and still hang your clothes on a drying rack to dry anything! There were 2 Keurig coffee pods, 2 sugar packets and 2 sweet n lo. For a 6 day stay. There were 2 towels and 2 face cloths and no extras. There isn't even a linen closet. Overall, I don't think it was worth the money that you pay for the facilities and amenities. They should either charge less or provide more for your money.
