We had a lovely relaxing time in this beautiful Strawbale house. It was invitingly appointed & the bed was so cosy. Loved the bath & rain head shower. It was very quiet & peaceful with beautiful vistas. It was just what we needed, would have loved to stay longer. Nga mihi Nick and Jenny

Exceptional resort style in gorgeous bush & lawn - very quiet & perfect to recharge

We ( 4 professional ladies) had our reunion weekend at Kanuka - we loved the tranquility, the very comfortable beds, the facilities and the spacious warm house where we had oodles of places to chill / enjoy the winter sunshine. I think we all agreed the fire was the standout. We explored Kaikoura during the days and had dinners in. Absolutely fabulous house.

Amazing home

It is an amazing property so spacious and beautifully made. Excellent location overlooking the mountains on one side and view of the ocean from the other side. Excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend booking this property.

Exceptional

Loved the decor and very comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked and made it fun to cook in. The piano was a nice touch, made it feel very homely. Beds very comfortable and and pretty big Fire lit on arrival was lovely Perfect location, only short drive to town and really close to the main surf spots. Nice walking/ cycling trails nearby. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting kaikoura
