It is good location and close to metro station in North Finchley. The hotel has nice garden and offer good breakfast on the menu and small buffet. The staff is really polite and very good.

The bathrooms are old. But the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hotel was well heated.

The property is very quiet, charming and well arranged. All the staff were lovely. The breakfast with a calm garden view is great. The room itself facing the garden was really quiet for a London stay.

Very close to tube station for northern line (5 min walk). Parking onsite & we were able to leave the car there whilst we spent the day in the city. Very helpful owner who rearranged our booking on arrival as it was for the wrong day. Excellent service. Ate in a nice Italian restaurant round the corner, recommended by the owner.

it’s an older building, perfectly serviceable but tired in places, did not affect our stay at all though, very comfortable and clean

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the entire property was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was perfect, a lovely bright and airy room and delicious offerings, once again the staff were attentive without being over the top.

The decor is rather tired and the bathroom needs updating. it wouldn’t take much to do but would make this property absolutely first class.

We liked our room. It was advertised as small but was slightly larger than we expected. We liked the location as the Underground was only a short walk away. We liked the staff, they were very helpful and friendly.

Our ensuite was very small, but it had everything we needed. The pillows were too high for me, but I feel sure the staff would have changed them if I had asked.

Very comfortable hotel. Nice bright hotel room. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was a particular highlight. A lovely full English in the conservatory. Close to transport links.

The bathroom was a bit dated and the shower wasn’t great.
