Very pleasant and helpful front reception staff. Clean and fresh facilities. The cost was reasonable for where we were in London.

Although we were aware it was a small room, we were not advised it was a small double bed until we got there. if we had been bigger people this would have be a problem. Did not really enjoy the cooked breakfast, it was a bit bland.

Rooms are clean, location is good

Although I paid regular price for rooms, they provided basement rooms for us. One of the room was out of sunlight.

The hotel is with easy walking distance of Baker Street and all that it offers, as well as the Baker Street underground connections. It was off the main roads enough that traffic noise was minimal. There were many many places to eat nearby. The room was smaller than I am used to but laid out in a way that made the best use of the space. The front desk staff were kind, helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, comfy and clean room

The aircon was controlled centrally and was switched off as it’s early October. Room was very warm and purposely booked because it had aircon. Managed to open windows a bit so was ok but they should state it is seasonal aircon.
