El trato de las personas a cargo, todos muy amables, también que nos dejaron guardar nuestro equipaje por unas horas después del check-out, sin costo adicional, lo que fue genial, fue seguro :)

The only thing we liked was the location was good, the cleaning staff were very friendly and the shower pressure was good

The breakfast was abysmal, the coffee was undrinkable, but by far the worst thing were the staff down at reception. When we arrived, it was chaotic, when we finally did check in the guy just stormed off with our key into the lift and never told us our room number so we had no idea what floor, and every time we left the building we were interrogated as to whether we had a key and what number. Previously we had stayed at Nefertiti,which is literally around the corner but unfortunately was full at the time but everything there was just better. We felt very unwelcome there the whole time we stayed

Near Luxor temple

Smelly and noisy street, the people outside hassling if we want horse rides or taxi is soooooo irritating.. honesty I dont want to come back anymore because of this. It makes the stay not enjoyable and people should be stopped doing this because they affect tourism.. and… lock in rooms, soap dispenser broke, lights were dark, no coffee in rooms, noisy inside you can hear the other rooms..

great spacious room overlooking Luxor temple and Nile (thank you for the upgrade) -very friendly, helpful and courteous staff - incredibly great view from the restaurant terrace- substantial breakfast .
