Excellent Location.. One of the best resort we have ever stayed. Amazing Service and facilities within the resort, you don't need to go anywhere, there is lot to explore within the property.

Beautiful grounds and nice pools.. awesome views
Made a reservation at Ayla and when we got there manager said he could not find it .. hostess said someone deleted it.. i know probably manager deleted it so he could accommodate one of his customers from tented camp.. once i asked if Leo the owner was there they sat us..manager jeffrey when to all his rich customers to check everything never came to our table.. food was not great for a fancy place.. best food was at the italian place Mis Amores and breakfast in la terraza is awesome.. so i will take a star off only because of jeffrey the manager at Aylas.

The room, staff, location, views, facilities, breakfast restaurant, mediterranean restaurant were outstanding! The nature walk was fantastic. The common pool and bar were terrific as well. Would definitely like to visit again.
The asian/sushi restaurant was average.

Everything was absolutely amazing
I can't think of a single thing other than perhaps the cost. But you get what you pay for!

Couldn’t be more happier staying at Nayara. The tropical views in the hotel are stunning, like a tropical garden. The villa is so comfortable. My children and I enjoyed the 37c degree pool SO MUCH! Food are delicious, highly recommend the Atlas restaurant in the hotel! Dinner with your loved ones there are unforgettable memories.
The spring are either too hot or too cold
And tent is just too hard to book :(

This resort is truly exceptional, far superior to most 5star resorts.

Everything about the property was magical- from the rooms to the pools, walking trails, restaurant experiences and most of all the friendly and welcoming staff!

It’s a nice location and quite a nice (sometimes too annoying) service.
Buggy service is absolutely ridiculous. It’s never available and it’s always unreachable. For example, now, at 23:05, I’m standing near the hot springs.. it’s raining.. nobody cares.. over the phone they aren’t reachable either

Friendliest staff, beautiful grounds, and cleanliness. The facilities, such as the swimming pools, thermal baths, etc. The quality of the restaurants.
Construction noise, which I understand can be unavoidable at times.

The property is stunning, lush and so relaxing.
Nothing.

Service was personalized! Also, the staff ensured they understood our needs (ie: dietary restrictions). Shuttle service attendents called us by our name's. Restaurants already knew our dietary restrictions. And they even knew and ensured they helped us sight a sloth :)

This is a large resort with the springs and tented camp sharing the same area but, because it so well landscaped into the rainforest it still feels quite small and intimate. You can make use of any of the facilities offered by all three so you get a choice of 6+ restaurants, 2 smallish pool areas, the hot baths etc. We had a suite with private pool which was extremely luxurious, beautifully put together and had everything one would need. The bathroom area was huge with a double indoor shower and an outdoor one to boot. The pool was hot tub temperature. This place more than met our expectations.
If you want to eat at any particular restaurant book ahead, the Japanese one especially was very popular.

attention to detail and service
if they’re going to work on hot springs they should do it after the area closes. they were spraying chemicals while we were there.

Amazing personal service - all the staff are super friendly (shout out to Charlie Chuckles, Kervin & Joseph!) Room was spacious and very comfortable. Huge resort with loads to see and do. All facilities were great - 2 spas, yoga class, swimming pools and thermal spas + daily sloth spotting!!
nothing!

We loved our stay here, and would do it again in a heartbeat. It felt like we were inside a forest, with our own private hut and wildlife just steps away, yet just a short walk to amazing restaurants/facilities. There were many small pool areas which makes the resort seem private/luxurious. The staff were gracious, friendly, and checking in on us often to make sure were doing fine. It seemed like every person knew your name and wanted to make sure you were having a wonderful stay. The food was wholesome and tasty (speaking as a vegetarian). The breakfast was plentiful and served with care. On the last day, we returned from a hike to the resort in the evening to find our rental loaded up with our bags and ready to go at the reception (we didn't ask...they just cared enough to do it. So that should sum it up).
Not much to complain at all. The location, food, service, amenities were great value for money.

Amazing hotel! We recommend to everyone. All the staff without exception: the cleaners, the reception, the drivers, the waiters and more, were simply amazing. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They gave us champagne and other honeymoon treats.
the room had all we needed and it was super clean.

words can not even begin to describe my stay. I cried twice while I was there by how well they treated me. I have never in my life had that quality of service. I am a solo traveler needing a getaway for my birthday and you need to go. I felt like they truly cared about my well being and helped me with anything I needed. I think I blacked out during my massage it was so divine. I had the best birthday of my entire life and all because of the staff at Nayara Gardens. Worth every single penny. The rooms are a dream.
not one thing.
