excellent staff and location

the layout of the room isn't really family friendly: the table has a single chair, the kitchen has bare minimum cookware, there is no separation between bedroom and kitchen, the light switches are placed unclearly so you end up waking up other family members ..

Staff were wonderful throughout, always helpful. Room was great, facilities were excellent, would happily stay here again and highly recommended. (Also it was my birthday - without asking staff provided a bottle of sparkling wine - very nice surprise).

No actual complaint - however 1 suggestion - grass area next to swimming pool could be used by customers - some seats and umbrella's ?

Sofa was very comfortable and I enjoyed to have a nice kitchen in the room. Bathroom was exceptional!

Due to COVID, breakfast wasn't provided but the hotel didn't say this in advance.

Everything else was great, from the location, staff, facilities, gym, pool, guest lounge and amazing service.

Rotating hot and cold water shower. Didn't matter too much as we were there in May and it was super hot and humid, so a cool shower was perfect !

I loved everything else about Gloria Residence ! Being Covid-19 season, they were very diligent in keeping all guests healthy and well from monitoring everyone's temperature who was going in and out of the accommodation, to the pool, gym, 24 hour Lounge & amazing front door & Front Desk serve. To top it all off, this was the perfect location for plenty of cheap local Taiwanese cuisine, to high end departmental stores just 5 mins away. I will definitely be back !!

The hot & cold water would rotate on a 5 mins schedule. I couldn't find the perfect timing no matter what I tried 😅

Love the interior design of the room and the complimentary snack bar.
