We had two bedroom apartment with kitchen (my wife and two children of 16 and 10 years old). The staff was helpful. Ibrahim helped us on check-in time with our luggage and he explained about room and hotel facilities. Good swimming pool. Very close to the beach, about 400-500 meters. It is about 2,5 km away from the city center and old bazar.

lack of sun beds. role out reserving beds very early. First room had glass panel over the door with landing light on all night. Very basic breakfast although full English available at a cost.

I’ve stayed here several times, the standard bedrooms are 6 stars! Honestly people would think you’re in a 5* in Dubai with the style of the room and bathroom! There’s also a modern balcony too, honestly loved this and stayed here 3 times and will be coming back next year also. Not tried the food yet but everyone by the pool tells me how nice it is. Maybe I’ll try it next time and the pool is perfect. Shops within a 30 second walk. Perfect location. Ergun is an amazing staff member Would recommend for friends, lads, partners especially, and families. It’s all round amazing

I liked everything.

Very nice place with palms, silent and clean. Those who love privacy and quietness will enjoy the extra homely atmosphere of the hotel and its patio, without noise of the roads. There are also two swimming pools - for adults and separate for kids. Especially were great hotel-administrators. They always kindly helped with any issue.

The triple room had two beds in the bedroom and one bed in the kitchen. The bedroom had air conditioning. In the kitchen it was missing. That's why it's very hot to sleep in the kitchen. The bedroom also had a large closet, but it is close to the bed, so it did not open :) But the biggest problem was cleaning. The description contained - every-day cleaning. In fact, cleaned only on demand. If you asked to clean, but did not ask to provide paper and toiletries - would have to ask separately. The same went for changing towels.
