my little daughter slipped on the balcony as it was puddle of water i asked for a room change they didn’t take no notice

The Turkish breakfast was amazing, unfortunately the English breakfast was rarely available despite being on the menu.
The slides weren’t available to use despite other hotels having their slides on. This would’ve made a huge difference to the children
