The rooms are clean and are really pleasant to stay in even in long term. Staff are eager to help and are always there for you. the location is the best, it’s at the right distance to get rest and not far from centre. It takes somewhere around 15-20 minutes walk to get to the furthest places you need. Lots of shops around for you to get food and anything you wish for during the trip. I really enjoyed my stay and would really recommend this place if you’d like to stay at Marmaris.

Rooms are great but I like larger cooking areas for me to work in, so it depends.

Very loud street, hate to imagine what it's like in the summer. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything happening in the hotel..... I think it's run by a husband and wife, she was nice but he was a rude.

Unfortunately i got just one night and they didn't have hot water when I arrived, but I realized just in the bath. Moreover, i found a lot of hairs in bathroom and room. My suggestion is improve those point, because the hotel is nice.

The place is right in the center very close to the sea and to restaurants, shops, etc. We had a quite room which is great, it was important for us.

The smell! When we came into the room it smelled awful and the smell stayed for all the days of our stay.

Very well located, 100 mts. of the main avenue, 100 mt of the stop " dolmus " mini mini bus. 1500 mt from de "Otogar " terminal of bus. 250 mt to "Bazar", 300 mt " beach " tidy, clean, the room has a very good smell. Has a balcony, The bathroom has a new sink and shower. Excellent service, Quick check in. They helped me up to the 1st floor with my suitcase. Dont have a elevator. He has facilitis, to prepare a coffee, tea, he has a small fridge. The building is on a very quiet street at night. Thanks Selma

The apartment was a bit dirty, the floor was sticky and I don't think the bathroom was cleaned. There is no lift and there is not much carpark. The pool is also not that nice.

This was a awesome hotel friendly helpful owners. Tesekuler 😊booked one stayed three. Location near beach shops restaurants. Easy to get by. Wish i could stay lonnger. They even gave us a free meal. Yemek guzel. 😋We will be back. Gule gule Rooms so big and clean
