Good location, breakfast is ok, quite quiet, metro and market very close, the bed is very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kettle, tea/coffee and bottles of water in the room.

I didn't find any slippers, the floor was a bit dirty, there is no toilet brush, it requires some renovations, the cupboard doors are very difficult to open. These are small details, in general, everything is good and it's a good option for a trip of a few days

Nice and very clean hotel. The room was large enough with a confortable king bed. The breakfast was delicios with decent variation of products. Across street from metro station. Use tourist metro cards for metro to enjoy the rides in Madrid- aeroport fee included in tourist cards.

Location: appropriate for the purpose of the trip, convenient Metro / bus stop across the street. Close enough to town. Staff: friendly, most of them. Breakfast: just used once and in a hurry, although seems many options available. Room: some maintenance would be convenient, mainly some areas in the bathroom and closet Bed: good firm mattresses. Options for late check out.

Room: some maintenance would be convenient, mainly some areas in the bathroom and closet: some stained tiles in the bathroom, some dark (fungal??) areas in between tiles in the shower, dark shower area which probably contributes to the lack of cleaning in that space ??. Some shelves in closet with cracks (easy to be covered / fixed) I think there is room for improvement, more-so when it is rated as a 4 stars hotel.

Location was excellent, adjacent to metro, with close convenience shops, cafes etc at hand. Room was quiet and very clean

too much noise coming from youngsters drinking in the streets until the wee hours of the morning not being able to sleep totally unacceptable

The room and bathroom were a good size and it was quiet (good sound proofing) and in a quiet location. It is also near "Bravissimo" which is an excellent restaurant and one I would have been happy to have travelled to so it was lovely to be a short walk away from it.

The bathroom tap was installed a little too far from the sink so you needed to be careful when washing your hands not to splash water everywhere.

Practical hotel in a good location with comfortable bed, great shower and windows that open to let in fresh air.

A little outdated especially in public areas e.g lounge area. Would have liked a coffee machine and real cups and a couple usb connections in the room for charging phones. Small stuff but nevertheless it would improve the stay.
