The lower level rooms do not have a smart tv but instead satellite with five fuzzy channels and while others raved about the bed mine experience in 203 was not comfortable with a very hard bed.

There was no air ventilation and the aircon was not keeping the room cool enough.

The location and amenities are okay

The room is quite small comparing with the hotels nearby. A lil bit dirty under the beds

There was a weird smell in the room, but maybe that is just their perfume. The staff hardly spoke any English and was unable to give us any recommendations about a restaurant in the neighborhood. Pretty strange as the hotel is located in the middle of a huge city and we only stayed there for one night.

The room is cozy and clean enough considering the price. The location is good. not very far from the central of Jakarta.

Nothing special. This hotel is not the best but the beyond expectation considering the price.

Excellent staff! They organized an early Check-In, Taxis, had great advice for restaurants and street food and let me stay in the Business area for work even after Check-Out. Incredibly helpful, nice and professional. The rooms were good, the view was fantastic.

Breakfast was nice. Pak Agus security is very attentive and friendly. He is definetly a great asset of the company. Housekeeping and Front Office staff are helpful

The room is very small. I cannot open my big luggage because there is not enough space.

stunning views from the room, the property is centrally located but a 10-15 minute walk from attractions. great price point for the high quality finish of the hotel

The staff was very very helpful, the location is great to explore Jakarta, rooms are very clean and I have liked the big windows. The hotel is at a 10 minutes walk from a big street food place where you can have excellent food for a very good price.

The rooms are a bit small, if you have a big luggage it’s a bit difficult to handle. No supermarket right nearby.

Very fair price in a good location, ideal for exploring central and South Jakarta and markets.

Inevitably quite noisy.
