the location is amazing, can walk to Grand Indonesia just in 5 mins. The bathroom setup was nice.

Other than the size of the room. Nothing.
There's cockroaches in the room. Many of them. The hot water doesn't on if you didn't call the front office ahead.
I booked the free upgrade and it said that I got breakfast too but when I called the staff, he confused but eventually gave me the breakfast (a not so good at all).

The Breakfast was good, however, I felt that the refilling of breakfast was quite slow.The staff was really sweet and courteous. The location was very central just a 2 min walk away from the two main shopping malls plus also close to other attractions.
More cleanliness is required especially when making room for a new guest the old bedsheets should be completely removed which didn't happen in our case but when I asked them to change they did it at once.
