The property was clean, centrally located and had everything it needs. The checkin was a breeze. Marsa at the front line was very welcoming and displayed a genuine anticipatory service. Felt like home, thanks to Marsa!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch sehr gut und allgemein war das Hotel sehr gepflegt.

Leider hat uns die Lage nicht so sehr überzeugt. Es ist schwierig ohne Taxi von einem zum anderen Ort zu kommen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und man hat für jeden etwas gefunden, aber es war recht lokal ausgelegt, sodass ein Großteil der Auswahl aus Reis, Gemüse und anderen warmen Gerichten bestand.

Very close to JiExpo. Good if you have event that end late night. Easy to go home. Everything was worth the price paid for.

The room was so clean, the wifi signal was strong. I love the hotel lobby with some comfortable sofas. Its location is very close to JIEXPO, so it's easy to access on foot if you had an event at JIEXPO. There's a popular coffee shop near the hotel lobby.

The restaurant was not too spacious. So it wasn't too comfort when got full of guests, especially on the weekend.

I was given the menu for dinner. my first 5 choices were not available. The waitress then gave me a very limited choice. maybe next time the choices could be given at the beginning of the service to avoid frustration. Thank you!

Asked for water bottles at the reception but was never sent to the room. Had to take it from housekeeping. but otherwise good experience
