The size was generous
No bedding or towels and was unaware that we had to bring our own stuff

More or less pretty good value for what we paid, good location
The website hasnt updated the amount of bedrooms or the look of the place. Almost didnt find it as the entire outside is different. The stairs are also uneven which resulted in quite a few injuries

Road was closed going to the accommodation, need to go around Shoal Bay. Keys need to collect in the office, one way road, hard to find parking.
Some accommodations have this modern lock in key with code in front of the door to enter, or square pad just key in the code.
I like the space, huge. House not clean as I'm expecting. Rooms have dead cockroaches. Too many scratches on the wall, especially in the dining room. I took some pictures just in case. I bought paper towel, extra toilet tissues and sanitiser spray in the toilet.

Good location - easy access (5-10 min drive) to nelson bay, shoal bay beaches and restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
Property had good facilities.
Cleanliness - quite a few cobwebs around; esp in the rooms at ground floor and patio.
Fans or Aircon not available in all bedrooms
Mattresses on bunk beds - not at all comfortable. We could feel the springs within the mattresses and hurting our back while sleeping
