Wifi didn’t work Not enough, no soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash We had to put our own sheets on the bed The entire stay felt like, I am not on a vacation as I was too busy putting my bedsheets on, going to woollies to do some soap shopping, etc.

location: It was next to the beach. I gave 100% for this excellent location.

service : bed sheets not placed for us. we had to put all beds & pillows sheets ourselves. No wifi available. Dish washer & kettle are too old and not workable.

Location was great, fabulous view of Nelson Bay Headlands. Close to shops and restaurants. Unit was comfortable and clean. A lot of nik naks around on shelves, so not sure how little kids would go staying on a family trip.

The location 10/10.

No air-con or no Wi-Fi. Knew this prior to booking, however thought due to the proximity of beach, temperatures would be much cooler than they were. Uncomfortable sleeping …

Location first class

The booking process. I was getting emails (22 in total) from 4 different addresses (Booking.com, Port Stephens Acc, Winnings and Helm) all asking me to check in etc etc. I booked in at least 3 times and in the end I didn't know whether I was coming or going. As we were driving up Winnings rang saying that I hadn't forwarded our vaccination certificates. The reason I hadn't was because in the 22 emails I hadn't been asked to. It was agreed that I could show them when collecting the keys. Of course, I wasn't asked to when key collecting. Winnings are atrocious and I would never use them again. Such a shame for a company that used to exemplify good service. Their google reviews are very accurate!! To top it all I was given the wrong keys which cost us 45 minutes with only an afterthought apology.

Obtaining the key was ridiculous and particularly unsafe in an isolated shipping container provided by Allogio. Very disappointed with this aspect.
