Seawiew on a god balcony with two chairs, a tabel and two sunbeds, but these we did not use, because the sunshine came first on the balcony at 4 o’clock in the afternoon🤔

I booked and payed for a 4* hotel, but got a 3* hotel! I told the reseption, before we used the room, but they told me that I had booked an appartment and therefore we were placed in Yaizasol by Servatur, which is 3* hotel nabourhotel to IG Nachosol Atlantic. Nothing at Booking.com said anything about two hotels and only 4* hotel☹️. There was a god balcony with two sunbeds, but there was no sunshine before 4 o’clock in the afternoon🤔 On the roof, there were sunshine at midday, and we had 55 steps up there and 55 steps down to our room again. Good exercice🤔

We paid for the breakfast, but after one morning in the restaurant we decided to cook our breakfast in the room. The coffee was weak, untasty cheese, juice that could not be called juice and bacon thst was not real bacon. A bit unfortunate for the hotel that met our expectations in all other areas.

Bed was very hard which me stiff back every morning. Pillow we were meant to use were very lumpy and felt very poor quality. I had to use the decorative pillow which was not meant for sleeping on. Fridge was very dated and the bar holding bottles in came off then I realised it was held together with masking tape. Fittings fixtures were 2/3 star only in my opinion not what I was expecting for this money. There was only a single large bottle of cheap soap for everything. Front doors still use keys not cards. Mine got jammed one night trying to lock myself in and it took several hours to fix over two days. Breakfast was terrible

I wasn’t disappointed with the hotel at all we stayed in apartment. I thought it was absolutely lovely.

spotlessly clean, Staff very friendly, Tea and Coffee making facilities in room with a small kitchenette, room very spacious with lovely Balcony, very centrally located, swimming pool and hot tubs in communal areas , breakfast has quite a choice

Went for Christmas and no entrainment at all in Hotel, Bar shut at 10PM every night including New Year’s Eve which for an Adult Only Hotel we was shocked, Swimming Pool gets no Sun until around 1PM although there is a roof terrace with small Hot Tub, very steep walk to get back to.

Everything was nice and clean, and with a beautiful view! Also the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I love that this hotel is for adults only (you can fully relax as it is quite and peaceful). Also it has great solarium space on top floor with jacuzzi (on ground floor is swimming pool +jacuzzi), I just love it. Location is great and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also is very good (eggs is cooked on your preferences). We had great time and definitely we will come back. Thank you!

Eveeyting

Very spacious rooms which had some facilities to cook your own food. Aircon in rooms was a definite plus. Hotel responded well to my request for a room away from the lift or a corridor door. The pool seemed to be heated (might not have been, happy to be corrected) which would have been welcome in the winter but in the summer I wanted to cool off and it wasn't cold! Nice solarium area on the roof to get the sun before it reached the pool. Nice big balcony. Good selection of breakfast and could order hot food from a menu presented to me each morning. Generally this hotel suited me very well and I would return.

The back of the hotel is all open up to the rock in which it is built which meant I heard the housekeeping staff on the ground floor early when they were having a chat/break or when getting their things. This is only probably because I am a light sleeper and my bedroom was down that end. One of the waiters at breakfast didn't tell me about the pancakes special one day which I would have chosen, other tables were told about them. More signs maybe could have been given of any specials.

Amazing suite, nice personel, and close to a lot of nice places including the beach!

Very good location, only couple of minutes from very good sandy beach. Staff also very helpfull.

Sometimes was difficult to find a place for car in the street.
