beds not comfortable shower didn’t work properly. no proper mugs.

Dirty bed side tables, broken tv cabinet and patio furniture, stained sofa, plug sockets hanging out of walls, toilet brush not cleaned with faeces left on from previous guests, WiFi doesn’t work and old receipts on top of wardrobes with someone’s old vape bars

We were supposed to get into apartment at 16.00 never got in until 18.00 no one waiting on us , the apartment wasn't clean the suite was absolutely disgusting and you couldn't sit on it ,on day of departure they tried to put us out of room at 10.30 when we said it was 11 they were very rude. Would never go back, looks good in the photos but obviously taken when it was bran new.

Not really sure where to start, but if you’re only reading the beginning, we wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. We are a family and wanted to stay at an appartment which didn’t have stag or hen parties, sadly this wasn’t the case. Each and every night parties would enter the block making a lot of noise, our first night we were greeted with pools of sick. Most days when leaving for the day the corridors are decorated with cans and bottles from other habitants. While this is negative it is cleaned up quite quickly. Our very last night was horrendous. Directly next door a group of young women came back around 3:46am and their arguing and banging continued until sunlight. Another guest got involved and they were violent towards them. It was impossible for us or our children to sleep. It is exceptionally loud here, we didn’t know music would be so intense. On some occasions loud till 6:30am which is crazy. The windows are very poor and fail to block out the noise. The appartment is very run down and in need of modernising. Our shower didn’t work correctly, no water came through the correct parts, it was coming out of a pipe but not through either shower heads. I emailed the woman who gave out the key and the response was poor, sort it yourself by finding Tony on site. There isn’t any wifi either, when asking about this was told no wifi despite it being advertised with wifi.

Right in the center of everything, shops pubs and beach.

Extremely noisy but that's to be expected. Dont stop here if u want quiet nights sleep! Unfortunately we had bad neighbours who didn't have a thort for anyone but in no way was that exinvall's fault.

In a great place for the Nitelife and a 5 min walk to the beach. Nice, clean apartment.

We arrived late due to a delayed flight and the reception was closed. We sent a message letting the owner know we left the airport, but noone was there on our arrival. Someone did arrive an hour later to let us in. We had 2 apartments and was charged €30 each for them to let us in.. We only got 2 sets of keys between 4. Someone got locked out. A key safe would have prevented all of this.

Paid for air conditioning but didn’t work. No tx channels either. Had no sleep as too hot and couldn’t open windows as outside noise was appalling. We’re exhausted instead of refreshed.
