The hotel is central, close to bus stop, clean and lately renovated. Staff was helpful and efficient. It is good value for money. And I loved the mattress, very firm.

Parking is convenient and the place is quiet.

aircon at the 1st room was really bad, 1 request a change of room and the aircon was worst. when speak to the front desk, they suggested putting to another temp and see hows that go. they mention the room was just open for stay after a few months. no one bother to check the condition of the aircon before they start selling their package. the technician mention the aircon was just service. so well done to them, after service no check were done if the servicing was done well. after few hours of frustration i decide to check out. upon opening the door. the corridor was cooling than my room. i feedback at the front desk, they didn't bother to do anything. I AM SUPER !@#$%^&*()

Not much to like.

Small room not very confortable.

Good location as it was near some tourist attractions and a mall, so it was easy to shop for personal items. and was easily accessible by taxis. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was too small and water on the bathroom floor drained slowly. The room was clean when I checked in, but after that, it was not cleaned at all during my stay. I called the receptionist and he said rooms are cleaned one day after check-in, and even then on the following day the room was still not cleaned. It didn't seem to matter whether the room door has been indicated "make up my room" or "private", or the fact that I called reception, either way, it was not cleaned. Raised the same issue upon check out and there was not a word from the lady at the reception about it. I have never seen such a mode of operation and service in all the hotels I have stayed in, very peculiar indeed.
