The staff was great, very helpful and courteous. Loved the view of downtown from the room, and was extremely helpful to have had access to a pool during a very hot summer. The hotel is in a great location, just a few blocks away from the Peatonal in one direction, and the river in the other.
Seems relatively minor, but found it unusual to have almost no AC outlets in the room (and a couple of them very awkwardly placed out of reach).

The hotel is over rated, extremelly expensive for what you get, Reception staff is not helping, they say no to every request. The hotel has too many rules and the overall experience is bad. Also is infested with pigeons
From arrival to check out, everything was below expections
The room has very old furniture and it was not really clean

Apartment was clean, spacious. Bed very big and comfy.
Breakfast had variety and all you need to start into the day.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Optional hot plate in the kitchenette would be nice.
