Spacious and clean room at a good price. The staff at the reception was very nice.

Very clean.very polite staff and helpful. I will recomand to anyone traveling in Zalau area. Is near mc Donald.peco Station and carfur moll.Excelent staff 10 star.

The bed was big and comfy

The smell of smoke in the room. I'm guessing the in the past years you could smoke in the room and the smell of it is still in the air.

The staff was very polite and helpful, the rooms were big, spacious and clean. I liked that the room had a coffee table and 2 chairs as well. The air conditioning was also a big plus. It is also well located if you plan on attending an event at the nearby event halls (e.g. weddings) and there is also a McDonald's and a mini-mall nearby.

The gratuities were few, no complimentary body wash, just 2 shampoo samples. There was also a problem with the drainage from the tub, but luckily they didn't attempt to charge me for it, since it was completely out of my control, so the staff was fair. No clothing hangers was unexpected, but at least I could spread some clothes on the chairs.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet. All parts of the hotel are extremely clean. It was nice to have access to a pool

The decor is a little tired and in need of updating. A better hairdryer would be good. I know it's not the convention here, but for a longer stay, it is good to have a kettle in the room.
