Rooms looked even better than on the pictures, apartment well equipped with electric appliances, cleaning products and basic cooking ingredients (like salt), Stary Smokovec restaurants and downtown was in walking distance. Parking place was available next to the building. Reception staff very kind and always helpful. Possible to reserve Finn sauna and jacuzzi for extra fee.

Balcony with Tatra view was next to another balcony where neighbors were smoking almost all the time, so we could not go out as often as we wanted.

Great location, the apartment is very well equipped and clean, the staff is very nice and helpful - they provide useful tips how to get around / what to experience. I would really recommend this stay and I am not here for the last time :)

not very good quality of the mattress

The receptionist was very kind and helpful and spoke good English. The kids had a good time in the well-equipped playing room. Rooms are spacious and cosy making the place ideal not only for a family trip but also for larger companies.

We visited this hotel for 3rd time and again enjoyed our stay here. Apartment is equipped with everything you might need. The rooms are spacefull and nicely furnished. Hotel has private parking lot.

Qualitty of bed matrace is really terrible. I would highly recommend to change it, if the hotel wants to keep its high score. Also I would appriciate if the hotel provided garbage cans for waste separation (at least plastic/paper).

We booked last minute due to change of plans and we are so glad we stayed there! The sauna and jacuzzi are ace, apartments are really spacious, receptionist was really helpful and made sure we felt comfortable.

Excellent apartment, comfortable, close to hiking routes and center of resort. Host is very helpfully, we had wellness (sauna and jacuzzi) for free and nice view on the mountains. From this location you are close to all High Tatra resorts and peaks (Strbske Pleso and Tatranska Lomnica are 10-15 minutes driving) and from center of Vysoke Tatry you can climb at Hrebienok from where a lot of hiking routes available.

Very good place, everything is near in the town, nice host, who told us every info we needed at the start. Well equipped and quiet.
