The location is great. The room is perfect for 1 person, and just okay for 2 people. The best advantage of this hotel is the value for money.

The bed was comfortable but the bed frame produced a loud sound. I think it was due to its wood structure. The ac was also a bit loud and I had to turn it off during the night.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great location within steps of metro and a million rrestaurants and shops. Loved the guest eating/chilling solace on the 2nd floor esp the retro “space capsule” for watching the world go by.

Although our room was large and clean the window was so very small, and faced a wall, so it was a bit dark.

It's near the train station and airport bus pickup/drop off. It's also in the center of Myeongdong --- lots of restaurants and shops right outside. The room is neat and clean. Very convenient!

Overall everything was smooth and convenient. The hotel service was very good.

What I really like about this hotel is the location. When you go outside, there are lots of restaurants to choose from and the airport shuttle stop is just nearby. The hotel room and facilities are very clean and sanitized. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here on my next trip. 😊

The location is great near both Euljiro(1) station and Myeongdong station. You can select either route that match your plan or do shopping in Myeongdong shop or in department store like Lotte. Although Metro Hotel is in the shopping area where many tourists are in, the noise is not leak into our bedroom. The room is in good condition and very clean. Next visit I still prefer to stay here.

Good location in the middle of the shopping neighborhood of Myeongdong, and walking distance from a lot of historical places to visit. Clean and comfortable rooms. Possibility to get complementary bottles of water from the front desk. Good WiFi.

They don't provide breakfast anymore as stated in other comments, they shut down their kitchen after covid. Small rooms make it difficult to store the luggage. No conditioner in shower. The Myeongdong neighborhood is good if you like high-street shopping, but not the most interesting if you prefer a buzzing nightlife (restaurants, bars) or smaller local shops (e.g. Itaewon/Hannam, Gangnam/Apgujeong).

The boutique hotel was beautifully decorated and the rooms were neat, as well as comfy. Myeongdong is full of restaurants and shopping, so it was convenient to enjoy korean food and street food. The train is very close by and you can get to Namsan tower in less than 15 minutes.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for 5 days. I loved the location and the room size. I recently stayed in a different hotel (SkyPark) right down the street from this hotel and the room was fun-sized/horrible. So this hotel was a welcome change since the room was almost triple the size. Wifi worked pretty good with only minor interruptions. At checkout, they already had a taxi waiting for us to take us to ICN airport.

One of the front desk receptionist didn't speak good English and would just brush us off instead of trying to communicate via translate app.

it’s super close to metro subway. The room was big and what we like is they have play room for kids. At least, one of our kids (age 3) had fun and kept asking for more. They also have coin laundry on 7th floor. Unfortunately, we didn’t use it.
