Perfect place! Just in the city center, with a terrace where you can drink your morning coffee (or delicious french wine) and eat breakfast :) The room was cozy, warm, with wonderful, big window (just for insta pics ;)) and really clean bathroom :) The host was super kind, didn’t mind our early check-out and prepared our breakfast :) And the most important thing for me - they have and iron, what is quite unusual in France 😄❤️

The location is perfect in the middle of the historic old town in a calm street . The property is small, very clean with a rooftop terrace . The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well kept. Bed comfortable. Thick towels . No frills . A great place to stay for the single traveler. Good prices . Lovely helpful staff.

I liked everything. However the steep entrance stairs could be problematic for anyone with mobility issues.

The incredible location and the friendliness of Ida and her partner! We were even helped with our luggage up the stairs. We loved the little balcony where we could sit and enjoy a coffee or wine and then the multitude of places for dinner/lunch we could choose from within easy walking distance - even in the street. It is located in a car free zone, but there is a taxi stand just in the nearby square - 2 minutes walk. Thankyou Ida! It is not grand, but we weren't looking for a grand hotel as it has only 4 rooms!!. The breakfast was fresh and more than adequate and the breakfast room gave us a chance to say hello to other travellers. Fabulous stay!

More than excellent location near restaurants, cafes, market, historical buildings, The facility has 4 renovated apartments, Very kind personnel (who did not speak English but very cooperative), great bathroom, acceptable breakfast that you can take in the terrace.

Wifi was a disaster and needed to use our mobile data for work and in the first room the TV did not work so we changed the room, the terrace and the kitchen (which are for all the apartments) are good but can be more improved, no lift with many stairs up to the floor with the apartments.

room very small and hot inside, the worst is the WC, smelly and just next to the bed. Pick up keys is annoying and you have to exchange a lot to fix one appointment

Amazing place. Couldn’t be better for our city break as we were in the heart of it. Everyone working at Ida’s was so nice and very helpful. Some original features like beautiful old flooring, hight ceilings and the modern twist making this place unique to stay and enjoy.

Internet connection could be challenging from time to time.

Amazing location!! The place you want to be in Montpellier if you want to be at the centre of the party. Extremely friendly staff. They go the extra mile for you for ANYTHING you need!

A bit noisy at times during the night, but you know that when you book... it's in the middle of Montpellier! The rooms were quite tight, but it is what you get in a boutique hotel in the Old Town.

Superb location, comfort place surrounded with the best restaurants (Michelin guide restaurant in the same building) in the same street and around the corner. Lovely terrace to have a breakfast.

Be aware that the building number is 51B, not 51 as writen in the booking confirmation. It is useful to know that the central of the city is closed for the unauthorized traffic so you have to park you car quite far from the apartment (if it is problem to someone, it wasnt for us)

Ida Chambres was in very accessible and central location, convenient to cafés, bars and museums. Very welcoming host. Medi was very friendly, helpful and had many recommendations of sights to see and places to visit speaking from experiences. He made it a very nice stay and we would love to come back to Montpellier in the future

Easy, relaxed breakfast on the balcony. Breakfast was always prepared and ready for the agreed time. we were able to come and go as we pleased regarless of time of day or night.

I am perfectly able and mobile but for those with mobility problems the steep stairs from the front door up to the rooms could prove challenging.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and comfy, and quite quiet in the evening. The breakfast in the terrace was very nice, specially the coffee. The location is probably the best aspect: It is really in the center of the town, very close to the main restaurants. It was an excellent stay.

There was a bit of miscommunication with one of the staff that doesn't speak English, but it was nothing important and solved easily with Google Translate. Another small issue is that I would find the room a bit hot when arriving in the evening, but then I just opened the window and it cooled quickly.
