La atención de algunas recepcionistas no era las más amable

Good location, very centric

General apetece: dated

The location was excellent, in a nice old building. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning was great in the hot summer! They even had a small elevator for taking your luggage up, which was much appreciated.

I had only one minor issue -- I was usually still in the room when they came to clean, which was fine, but even on days where they came in after to change towels, make the bed, etc., they didn't leave additional toilet paper! It would be nice if there were always two rolls handy in the bathroom.

towels changed every day. this is a huge plus.

soundproofing is poor. You can hear the neighbors flushing the toilet. sleep was not possible. and the smell in the room is bad.

location and staff

Near the city center, lots of restaurants around, few mins away from the train station, friendly staff, big comfy bed, and white towels

The smell of the body wash 😂 its ginseng. maybe its just me 😂

A really old hotel

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the girl who helped us. We like the position because it's in the centre of the city and it's possible to find a lot of restaurant, shops and nightlife. In addition, it's near the station and the bus stop. Room are very comfortable, big and above all clean.
