Very nice apartment located in a nice city of Haarlem. Apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in good location to visit Amsterdam or to enjoy a day on the beach.

The whole property smelt of smoke. Previous guests had clearly been smoking inside.

Perfect location if traveling with a car. Secure parking. Close to train station and Haarlem village.

Nice apartment for a short city break including a secured parking spot. The staff immediately came to help when we had a little issue checking in.

The bathroom light is only with a motion detector which also turns on an extraction fan (as the bathroom has no window). This then runs for a long time and is quite noisy.

Bathroom a bit small. Could have left more toilet paper at the start. Had issues with power points which were faulty but the owner was very reactive and fixed the issue. The place could use some maintenance (paint, powerpoint)

The location was excellent, and the space was wonderful. The room itself was beautiful and spacious and was centrally located, a short walk from any attraction in the city. A cosy park is located close by and the canal is right at your door. Absolutely loved it!

It was super clean and big space. Lots of good shopping and eating within 5 blocks and 15 min walk from Haarlem train station. We were able to store our luggage at another address belonging to this group, that was really nice.

We were given the wrong door code to get in and if we hadnt gotten there while the housekeeping staff was there (very helpful and super nice!), I dont know how we'd have gotten in or gotten the correct code because we never heard from the owner again, not even after we had no hot water from day 2 on. When I called the number given on the email for the manager/owner, it said the number was not in service. Kitchen is nice but had no silverware or cutting utensils, otherwise it had what we needed. It has a bar 2 doors down and had lots of night noise.

Inside was clean

Outside had weeds and dirt on windows It was attached to a cafe and wall were thin. Terrible band throbbed through the night . Sleep was impossible.

The facilities were good.

There were someone else’s clothes under the bed; the door was a bit faulty and couldn’t lock properly.

Very comfortable beds and apartment. Parking a bit of a walk around the corner but still useful to have for free. Close to a lovely canal and park. Washing machine very useful to have.

It seems like a street-level shop converted into an apartment, so no windows, and could be noisy. Felt intrusive to have pedestrians walking just outside the living room. The cost should perhaps take this into account.

Located very centrally for sights and restaurants and near the station. Air con good and shower, toiletries and linen. Nice decor and modern design but needs redecorating.

Small dark apartment with one small window which opened onto the car park and no view. Photos are misleading.It stank of cigarette smoke. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Lumpy pillows. Kitchen sink totally blocked and wash basin very slow to empty. No welcome. A neighbour had to help us ring Erik to get the key code as we had received no notification from him. The neighbour said he had had to do this before for Relaxed Apartments. Hair dryer was broken so I bought a new one for which Erik wouldn't repay me €17 for. I left it there anyway. We didnt feel comfortable or welcome.

Very comfortable and very well serviced apartment [Jacob van Ruisdael], the car parking right in front being a huge bonus for our stay. Perfect localization allowing us to visit nearby attractions. A special appreciation for the renewal of the bathroom , the AC in the bedroom was a great pleasure, electric shutter system permitting plenty of natural light inside++++

A slightly annoying detail in the wall of the hall needs to be taken care of…

the apartment was very spacious and clean. it had everything we needed and more.

the only issues we had were the ants. some came from under the sofa bed abs others were all over the kitchen sideboard. the other issue was the handle in the toilet. it came flying off and dropped on my foot. it’s a heavy handle and hurt. we noticed a few other handles were loose too.

Great location. Haarlem beats Amsterdam as a base and lots of great restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance and good public transport. Especially good for the Keukenhof gardens, if that is your thing. Schipol airport, coast and Leiden also easy to reach.
