because it was a new building, everything was lovely,, I actually loved the painting just inside the front door.

Lovely home. Very clean and comfortable and amazing facilities. We were staying local for an event and wish we had had more time in the house.

Excellent presentation, well set out, great location, excellent for families, everything you needed to cater for large family

Balcony rail upstairs didn’t appear safe, lots of movement Some milk in the fridge would have been appreciated

No aircon in bedrooms - we were just unlucky it was really warm the night we were there

We felt very spoilt with what was left for us and what was provided for rental customers. It was a lovely town house and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time staying there. Having the outdoor setting and BBQ area was great as the weather was very nice and we were able to enjoy the sun and fresh air.

The only thing we did not like was the keypad entry into the property. The front door was a very heavy door and trying to negotiate the "clicking" of the door and the opening of the front door after entering the code was frustrating (& hard to see the keypad with the sun shining on it). The process had to be done numerous times as access time was very short. Once inside, we changed our entry by using the garage roll-a-door and entering the house by key from inside the garage. Far better.

It’s really nice that you have prepared food and snacks for us, the rooms are very neat and comfortable, and the house’s location is near to the scenic spots and close to the shopping center.

Close to Bendigo centre, clean, modern, great appliances and breakfast/coffee/tea provisions provided (which is extremely handy). Loved the house, the abundance of room and hosts were friendly ☺️
