Great location

The bed squeaked with the smallest amount of movement and the mattress was lumpy. Also there was a extremely strong smell of lemon which we discovered was the bedding, obviously they used to much scented fabric softener There was also no coffee machine with only tetly tea bags provided. Boutique hotel/B&B this is not. Also the shower didn’t work, with only a few jets of water coming from the shower head.

Very good location, close to some great local cafes and restaurants. Buses into the city center are regular and take about 15 minutes. The room was very clean, a good size with a fantastic shower. The Wi-Fi was faultless and speedy during our whole stay.

The bed was very soft which wasn't our personal preference but if you like that kind of bed I'm sure you'll love it. Thermostat controls were very clunky and not responsive maybe some instructions in the welcome pack would be welcome. There was a series of beeps that happened every night at around midnight, which would be enough to wake you from your sleep we were awake normally so didn't affect us but hopefully they can sort that out.

The staff went out of their way to make sure the stay was a great experience. The room was well stocked, and there were explanations on how to get around town as well as recommendations. Highly enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to anyone.

Sehr angenehmes und geräumiges Zimmer, besonders schönes modernes Bad, gemütliche Betten und sehr guter Service. Dazu Parkmöglichkeiten und gute Anbindung an die Stadt mit dem Bus.

Place was spotless , nice decor

Everything. After 2 weeks driving around in Scotland, I can say this was the best hotel we experienced. You can walk to the city centre or take a bus. The bed is super comfortable (best one we had). The room is well decorated and big enough. And the staff is very friendly and professional. Go the pub next door, you won't be disappointed :) In short: we loved it.

The best shower I had on this trip. Nice pub on site. One free welcome drink, alcoholic if you want, from the pub. Excellent Haggis in the pub. Parking on site.

The room was very stylish and comfortable, the bathroom had underfloor heating, a bathtub and a shower. Amazing! There were free tea, coffee and water. Everything was very clean. The soundproofing is not the best, but the other guests were very quiet, so it was not disturbing.

Beautiful boutique hotel, my room had an amazing bathroom with underfloor heating. The bedroom was spacious loved it.

The decor was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The hairdryer was an old travel one which I really wouldn't expect from a boutique hotel...bring your own. Also maybe a wee bit more of a coffee tea selection would be good, even a wee cafetier would be good. Equivalent boutique hotels do provide these. Also toiletries were slightly mean, not adequate for two people. Bring your own!

The Garden Room was warm and cosy, fresh and clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower room was well designed and spacious. I loved the white fluffy towels.
