Location, warm welcome, room size

wonderful room, perfect breakfast, amazing pool and poolbeds and Anna is the best host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anna‘s place. The room wasn’t very spacious but clean and had a little fridge and a (very old but still functioning) fan. Great breakfast, great pool area. Around 20 mins drive to Lucca. Most of all we really loved Anna who is a great host.

Place is quite out of town, Anna the owner is great, breakfast was lovely.

No aircon room was so hot and we didn't go in the height of summer.

Parking is bit far from house but secure.

The rooms correspond to the description, clean, tidy.

Access to the accommodation is very difficult. No directional signs and it is not clear where to enter. The landlady artificially played a very sweet, but uncommunicative and very arrogant. Water in the refrigerator (in 0.33l bottles) according to the hosts, it is a bar product for which the guests should pay, although almost all accommodations provide free drinking water as a sign of hospitality. Advertised good breakfasts are ordinary breakfasts provided by 3-star hotels, nothing exceptional. There are not even normal glasses in the rooms, only disposable plastic ones.
