Close to a beach and most of the staff were very helpful.

My wife found weevil larvae (you know those little worm things) in her cereal from the morning buffet after she’d already eaten half a bowl. She showed a chef and they just took the bowl, showed another staff member and walked off - no follow up or apology or anything. We sent the hotel feedback too about this but still no word back from them. Aside from that, being further out from Palma having an unreliable taxi service is a big issue. The hotel are well aware of the problem so it would be good to establish a hotel shuttle or transfer in certain situations.

Great place and loved our stay

Very annoying that people reserve sun beds. Not enough beds for everyone to reserve and so impossible to pop for a quick sun bathe without getting up early to find and reserve one.

Tired run-down old dame …. More like a conference hotel. If it had been 1/2 the price it would have been fine…… not worth €300+ per night! Paid for a double room and got a twin room with a lumpy bed. People up at 7am to reserve sun beds … staff do nothing about. Good staff are overshadowed by sullen rude colleagues. No trays provided at breakfast so hundreds of guests running back and forth 8 x each with boiling drinks and tiny plates of food. (I guess that’s the idea though! )…. Staff snatched a tray I had found off me and shouted ‘NO!’

We had a lovely room with beautiful balcony with sea view. Breakfast was great. Bus stops right outside the main reception which takes you straight into Palma.

Lots of steps, but there is a lift within the hotel but not so easy outside if you struggle with steps. The pillows in the room were really hard, very uncomfortable. However the bed and mattress were super comfy.

Great location, amazing view and facilities. Spacious rooms and terrace. Very friendly staff and good food. Very close to an amazing beach. It was all perfect!

due to the hotel only just opening,, there was an issue with hot water, but staff did their best to sort the issue.

We were allocated room 603 and were very happy staying there. The views were to die for and the room and bathroom more than comfortable and a good size. The breakfasts were amazing and had a good selection and variety of food.

The many stairs proved a challenge at first but then we figured out that one needed to go from one building to the next and use a second lift to get to the pool area. There was nothing else we didn't like.

Location is great. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Beautiful view and very clean rooms.

The phone was not working. However, when calling from the mobile to the reception, the receptionist arranged the room service. They also sent a technician to fix the phone, but after that, the internet stopped working as well, and we ended up without phone nor Internet connection in the room for the whole stay.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities and a wonderful view across the bay. The breakfast is amazing (and the dinner at night is great too), and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We loved the bus outside that made it so easy (and cheap) to go in and out of Palma. Great snorkelling off the sea platform.

Not much the hotel can do about this, but the sea platform isn't huge. We always found a bed but it can be a bit tight for space.

The breakfast was super nice and contained all I wanted. Outside terracce was amazing for all meals. The hotel had many different spaces and areas to hang. It was good! Room was nice and clean. The surroundings where lovely and the bus stop right outside was convenient. Minimarket across street was also a plus.

The sun disappeared behind the hotel/rock so you had to move to another location after 2pm. The solaruim at top of building was too hot and only contained showers and to get to the ocean you had to go 6-8 floors down. I choose to go to the beach club next to hotel where you had to pay for a space. Choice could have been the beach but it was very busy. I came to swim, snorkle and relax w/o children so wanted to stay away from sandy beach areas. Dinner could have been more variation. Inside restaurant it was very bright light and noisy. Not so cosy! Staff in restaurant was bored and not so happy. End of season mood I hope?? Pillows - pls. upgrade thoose. Bumpy and hard!
