Excelente atendimento, café da manhã farto e diversificado. Quanto à localização, embora próximo a pontos de interesse na cidade, como me hospedei no final de semana, não me senti muito segura para caminhar pelos arredores ou frequentar a praça em frente ao hotel (que é belíssima), pois a área fica pouco frequentada

The hotel offers parking with valet.
The staff is very friendly and polite.
The location of the hotel is great because you have great restaurants, bakeries, and attractions at a walking distance.
The room is large and spacious. Also, the view to the Square is beautiful.
The breakfast is good with a fine variety of foods and fruits.
There were a few broken items in the bathroom, I assumed the staff would fix them when they came to clean, but no. It was ignored and a little inconvenient to me.

you have to pay for parking lot. it didn’t have towels for shower in my room. I asked for it the night I got there bc we wanted to take shower early morning. the receptionist asked me to go to the entrance to get it bc he was there by himself. after few seconds he said he would figure out a way to take it to us. in the morning I had to call the receptionist again bc it wasn’t delivered to us. after 30 minutes I had to call the third time to ask for it bc my husband was taking shower but didn’t have the towel.
