Good sized apartment, comfy bed + sofa bed

Kitchen could have been better equipped - no essentials provided so had to buy these and throw most of them out (salt, oil, coffee etc)

Extremely noisy, the apartment is right above a restaurant and there is a constant smell from the restaurant from the cooking.

Cute little apartment with a cute balcony. Very basic, reception was great with organisation, recommendations and facilities as well as luggage storage.

The night time security could not speak English and opened our door to let randoms in that thought our room was there’s. It was not ideal at 2 am.

the address was wrong so finding the reception was hard - it wasn’t far, but when you look for a certain street number which is wrong then it’s awaits going to be tough!

super clean, very nicely stocked with dishes, next to supermarket so we could easily get necessary items for our stay. Apartment was cleaned every day. The staff gave us good recommendations for our stay. Bus stop is a min away and there are two big beaches within 5 min of walking.

It’s a short flight of 10 stairs so we are glad we were traveling light. The cleaning crew will not clean dishes and the apartment does not have a dish washer. But I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great value for money. The location is pretty central, and the rooms were really clean. Staff were super lovely and offered help whenever it was needed. I requested for a double bed since we were travelling as a couple and they gave us a larger room just to accomodate our request. We were also able to check in 2 hours before the designated time which was a huge relief since we were rushing to Ushuaia after. They made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. The air-conditioner was really powerful as well. Overall the pros definitely outweigh the cons and we had a great time there.

The beds were quite hard and the living room was dim at night. The waterflow from the shower head was very weak as well.

The apartment was very clean and it was a bonus every day there was a cleaning service. The apartment was fully equipped, nice to have a balcony and enough space for the two of us.

The building is a bit noisy, we could easily hear conversations from our neighbors. This was not something we knew in advance, which would have been nice.

Flat was clean, spacious, comfy beds, good shower, nice kitchen, exactly what we wanted. Flat was on 3rd floor, it was quiet and had nice views. We were able to contact the reception by WhatsApp when needed, which was great. Flat is walking distance to Figueretes, the port and old town Ibiza. Bus stop is outside the building (which we used to go to town) and taxis are available and cost less than 10 euros to old town. Lovely and helpful staff in reception. Would love to go back to Ibiza and stay at Malacosta apartments definitely.

great location, the cafe in front of the appartment is very tasty, host twas gentle and flexible. 5 min to the seeside

Noisy over looking the neighbor, 4th floor with out elevator. ..not worth it for the money they ask

Very good location near the beach, bus station to city center only one minute walking. The room was clean and staff very helpful and nice.

We were having internet probelms for work and they were super helpful and resourceful. They reacted fast and very well, was really appreaciated!

The place was brand new, a little apartment, very clean. There is a bakery shop in front of it and a restaurant just in the same building. Around the corner the supermarket. I was there during off season, so I can´t say much about the location. But the neighbourhood seemed ok, but summer time i know things change a lot.

Apartment was big (living room separated from bedroom), and very clean. Kitchen had everything you might need to cook. 2 min driving from Ibiza center and 2 or 3 supermarkets nearby as well as a lot of restaurants and a beach.
