a lovely hotel with a fully equipped kitchen, basically in the heart of the city. the room was spacious and clean

Location, close to city-metro and a shopping-mall. The staff if fine and helpful. The bar-guy is diligent. The room cleaning service was perfect. Room equiped with a simple full kitchen.
The hotel rates itself as 4 star. Maximum I would rate is 3star. There is no regular food service, when the breakfast offer is strictly limited. There are neither relax or fitness facilities... Very uncomfortable too soft beds caused me a serious back pain after staying one week here.

The hotel was very clean, room well equipped and with friendly staff. I was kindly upgraded to a studio room as they were not full. Needed to visit Kyiv at this time for compassionate reasons. Couldn’t fault the whole hotel experience, would definitely stay there again.
