in the 0 level is located a restaurant, in midnight there is lot of high sound from there, because they move restaurant staff from one place to another…

Size of apartment, space, equipment such as large fridge freezer, full size oven, hob, washing machine

Very noisy at night in this part of the city. So hard to sleep at times due to bin collections and loud voices despite the double glazed windows being closed.

Really lovely location - easy to get from the airport, easier still to move onwards by bus or train. Terrace was lovely, offer of restaurants and supermarkets was spot on, while the old town is a stone throw away. Very satisfied with our stay and with the warm welcome we were afforded!

Location, cleanliness, communication from staff very good and helpful. Spacious, balcony, comfortable. Close to station from airport. Bars, shops and restaurants on doorstep. Very close to port and city centre. Lift to 4th floor.

Only small things but not tea towel, sink plug, no toiletries as described.

The apartment was bright and comfortable. There was enough space and everything was clean. The location was excellent in every way. The old town, the beach, and the train station are very close. There is also a nice grocery store right across the street. The staff was helpful and nice. A very pleasant experience overall :D

The apartment was perhaps a bit difficult to find at first because there was no name on the door. The instructions asked to recycle the garbage and take it away yourself. That is ok, but there could be a few more recycling bins for this purpose. Now there was only one big garbage can.

They lost our reservation and we had to hang around for 2 hours before the head office could tell the lady with the keys which apartment we could have. Not great.

Very central location with good access to the old town, new town and harbour area. there are lots of restaurants nearby. Nice view from the terrace.

The location, building and apartment itself were fabulous. Just 2 blocks away from Alameda Principal with lots of food, shopping options nearby. The apartment itself was fantastic. The bedroom has a very comfy bed, and is roomy. The kitchen has everything you would need. And the living room had a great and supportive couch. I was working from the apartment and the internet is great. Lastly, the terrace is perfect to relax on.

There was nothing I didn't like. The place is really ideal. Not having trash in the building was the only potential frustration.

TV only had 5 Spanish channels, unable to access radio on TV. Bathroom had an odour, toaster tripped electricity suppke

In need of new parasol on terrace , as the temperature was very hot could have done with being able to use it. The outdoor furniture was in need of cleaning and some items inside.
