virtually no view from the roof terrace needs redecorating sofa bed slats broken Kitchen had very basic utensils, plastic travel kettle, no coffee machine, oven was smoking when we tried to use it. management company shocking so didn’t bother telling them.

The apartment was comfortable and reasonably well presented. Good kitchenette and lovely bathroom and shower. Hot Tub east to work.

There was no view from the windows or the roof terrace in our one bedroom apartment. you practically faced another block. Tarpaulin had been placed on roof terrace I believe for privacy, but again restricted any views.

Jacuzzi on the terrace

The kitchen doesn't have any tea, coffee, wine opener. The photos on website do not match the actual situation at the apartment. The terrace doesn't look nearly as nice as advertised. It is not accessible by car at all, so I would not stay here if renting a car. The keys need to be picked up from a different location which is not convenient because you have to drag your suitcases through the town from the parking garage.

The location is perfect its very central, apartment has enough room as advertised. Jacuzzi worked like a charm. On few occasions when i needed help from reception they were very responsive.

Apartments werent very clean, there were left over empty beer cans here and there. The bath tub had a weird brown stain inside which wouldnt go away. In 1 of the 2 washrooms there was no hot water coming in shower for some reason. Also concierge isnt always on his post, and me my wife and a 2 year old were yelled at because i was just putting on my mask as i was coming out of the lift by some other guests, in spanish they threatened us yelled and cursed.

Location, location, location :) -- It was a great place in the very middle of the center, perfect from exploring the area. The apartment was very spacious, balcony, AND a rooftop jacuzzi. Perfect for stay in the center of the city for a few days.

Location - if you come by car and expect to explore larger area with a car. Since it's in the middle of the town (pedestrian area), the closest parking places are overcrowded, cramped and VERY expensive. You do get a discount from the hosts (thanks !) but that's a one-time -- so you just park the car and forget about it. However, that's inevitable when you are located in the middle of a pedestrian area. Also, another minor complaint is that the two bedrooms are rather cramped -- there is just place for a double bed, and very little else. However, the rest of the apartment is very spacious and very well equipped.

Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub and balcony were really nice.

Some marks on floors and walls. A small spot of blood on bedroom floor. The hot tub was emptied before we vacated and without notice.

No view whatsoever!!! Expected roof terrace not tk have a view as it said inner courtyard view. However, EVERY window looked onto a brick wall of next building. This meant the apartment was too dark and it felt like being in a prison. The only escape was the roof!!

The location is excellent. Modern decor and great shower. Loved having a hot tub to come back to. We were able to check in early which was great .

Certain fixtures and fittings are a bit worn and need maintenance ie. wooden decking walkways to upper levels, some areas in bathrooms ..see below. Apartment decor rather bland which could be improved with wall features ie. pictures/ paintings. Not a 200 euro per night stay compared to others l’ve stayed in. Only one waste bag supplied for our 5 night stay and when l asked at the office for another one l was told they could not help and l would have to buy one!! A sheet of paper with user info. would have been nice. For example it took me ages to find the air con. controls which were hiding behind a plant. The young man in the office did not know….training!! Mildew in bathroom ( see photo ). Not at this price.

We sent a couple of messages via the booking.com app and didn't receive an answer to one, and the other was received after we checked in. Not a big deal but a bit disappointing.

The roof terrace was amazing, really private. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates etc. Lots of towels, bedding...everything you need, couldn't fault it. Finally a wonderful location.

Everything was amazing, but mainly the room top is fab and you can’t get a better location
