The staff is polite and the property is in good condition and close to the beach.
THERE IS NO COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM AND YOU CANNOT GET JUST A CUP OF COFFEE IN THE PROPERTY UNTIL 18:00. YOU EITHER PAY 12€ FOR A FULL BREAKFAST OR HAVE TO GO ELSEWHERE TO GET JUST ONE COFFEE. THEY JUST WILL NOT SELL IT TO YOU NO MATTER WHO YOU TALK TO (MANAGEMENT INCLUDED). PLACES AROUND THE PROPERTY WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 9:00-10:00 SO IF YOU START YOUR MORNING EARLIER AND ARE NOT INTO HEAVY BREAKFASTS OR WILLING TO WALK FAR, YOU WILL JUST BE LEFT STRANDED. BIG (AND ABSURD TO ME) DOWNSIDE FOR A NICE PROPERTY.

Room was awful. Cigarette smoke was pungent. I left and booked another property. Thirdhand smoke is considered carcinogenic. Left and went to another hotel. Booking.com won't pick up the phone, dealing with Capital One.
