Very good location

Very basic room , difficult to find socket to charge mobile

best thing about this hotel is the location.

the check in male was rude he speaks Arabic couldn’t get his name. the payment machine of the hotel was not working properly while us paying for our stay and he was laughing thinking the card was declined! and ignored us kept talking to other guests in Arabic which was so unprofessional. no one will bring your luggages downstairs for checkout like other 4 stars hotel no you need to bring it by yourself.

No swimming pool. No parking available without fee

Just very noisy from people around the area below my room shouting early hours of the morning, so got woken up every night.

Welcoming reception and prime location to be in Puerto Banus. Love the experience all around. I recommend to stay here if want to be near the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, and discotheques.

good location (a bit noisy one side at night). clean rooms and good bathrooms

first room was noisy and it took quite a lot of negotiating to move

Breakfast was great, and served good coffee

The area was very loud during the whole night, but that’s not really the hotels fault as is the location.
