Everythig was perfect

Spotlessly clean hotel, with very happy and helpful Staff. Within walking distance to lots of points of interest. Good fresh breakfast options. Free bottles water in rooms. Nice quiet hotel and amazing air conditioning!

The holder for the shower head would not stay in upright position. However, we did not report this and managed.

Had an excellent stay, Frédérico was particularly helpful with local recommendations. He was very friendly and welcoming, he made our stay extra special. The hotel was lovely, rooms very clean and location perfect distance to get to everywhere we wanted to visit.

the reception didn’t tell me when i chekced in that there was possibilities to buy beverages from the reception. the hotel is overpriced , it isn’t wort the price they charge

Fantastic staff, both we encountered very friendly and helpful. They helped us store our luggage until we departed, and assisted us to order a taxi to the train station too. The bed was massive and comfortable. They also offered for us to use the spa facilities after we checked out. Would highly recommend to all guests.

Beautiful rooms. Staff were very welcoming. Very easy to check in for the 4 separate rooms under the same name and different arrival times. The food we had on the final morning was good. Cooked food as requested.

Difficult to alter the air conditioning, however this may have been user error

Breakfast

The room was pretty dark which is fine, but we needed the standing lamp in the room to work because our 5-year-old likes to draw and write and needed light for that. We asked reception 4 different times to please fix the lamp in the room which was not working when we arrived. They kept saying they would do it but nothing was done in the 2 weeks we were there. It probably just required a new bulb which we would have bought ourselves in the store 1 block away if they had just told us they had no intention of doing anything. It is a small thing but just a bit lazy and careless on their side - it's not like it was very busy or anything, they were standing around chatting among themselves most of the time.

spotless. excellent parking facility. very kind welcoming staff.

no pool. the fact that it is surrounded by good. real fast spots means that no one staying in the hotel uses the dining room.

it’s a really lovely hotel close to the city centre and the beautiful and lively area of Santa Catalina.

Some might be out off by the absence of an outdoor pool.
