Location was good.

Ants all over the apartment, we complained on the first night and was informed that it was sorted but they were still everywhere.

Personal was great Housekeeping really nice

Breakfast was not so good Nothing special For the next time when I book this Apartment then only without breakfast

I stayed for two nights and was immediately upgraded to a suite on arrival

Loved location & nice facilities. Great staff @ reception.housekeeper Yiota was excellent.we stayed Room 412..the Bartender among his other duties Pan (for short) very helpful. Breakfast was good but not great.plenty though to start the day.lots sunbeds even though some been reserved & not returned to after folk went to beach etc. Management did keep tabs on this & some towels did get removed during our stay which is proper way to do it. We would stay again if we do return Protaras as was our 1st visit to Cyprus.

The staff at reception and all over the hotel were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they helped me with many questions, Room was fabulous, location was so good, right in the protaras strip, but also quiet at night due to excellent double glazing. Just fabulous

We were upgraded on arrival to a suite at no extra cost rooms very spacious Beds were very comfortable rooms were cleaned daily and clean towels provided Staff very helpful

I couldn't fault anything with the alva Apartments
