The conditions of the rooms.

The staff were polite and friendly. Helpful. Very good shower. Air-conditioned.

The glass windows and doors were filthy. They should be wiped daily. I would only go there again because it is next to the bus station.

Amuarama sits on a strategic location. It is safe, reasonable and clean

The hotel keeps getting a little bit chintzier every time. They advertise an airport transfer, but don't actually have one (the mini-bus is out front). The elevator door gets stuck so you can't get out. The clapboard room paneling has gaps. There is not so much as 1 water in the room fridge. The breakfast use of the cheapest hot dogs has expanded. Calabresa cebolada has been replaced by nasty (probably) leftover ground beef.

The room wasn’t nice. The shower wasn’t strong, the drainage was working property so the bathroom floor flooded. The first room has a broken aircon so I had to change rooms.

Do silêncio no local

Aside from a good location (close to the airport and in front of the bus station), Amuarama is clean, well staffed, safe and relatively quiet.

My wife got a bite from something, possibly a bed bug. The A/C worked well, but was a bit noisy.

It is literally in front of the buss station and close to the airport. Perfect Location! There is a lot of plants and green in the hotel making a perfect atmosphere where you can sit and relax. The swimming pool is large and clean.

Close to the airport with shuttle option; directly in front of the bus station. Quiet and safe. Friendly and forthcoming staff. Decent wi-fi. Running hot water. Frigobar. A/C quiet and strong.

Room has insufficient outlets (one in the room, which was not working) Bathroom / shower has slick flooring and no grab bars. Breakfast was not ready at 6 (no plates, knives, forks, fresh rolls, no meat); this may have been due to corona and associated staff shortage.
