Great place to stay in Puerto Varas. Clean rooms and comfy beds. They woman at the reception is super friendly and will help you with everything you need.

Nice restaurant attached, I recommend the soup. Comfortabel beds and sheets. Welcoming staff. Just an overall pleasant experience to stay the night and have a little bite.

Very helpful staff, secure parking through a locked gate and hands down the best breakfast I had in over 2 months in South America.

Internet was slow at the time but they did let me know before hand that they were having issues.

The rooms were really comfortable and spacious, close to the city center by foot, close to a couple of great restaurants, breakfast included and friendly staff, will be staying with them in the future.

I like everything

Great old style hotel. Big clean comfortable rooms, stand up showers, fluffy white towels. Very quiet at night,great location, walk anywhere in 10 minutes. Staff was wonderful,especially helpful with the pandemic restrictions.

No fault of the hotel, but because of the lockdown the restaurant was closed and the breakfast box was boring after a while. Otherwise, I can-t wait to return when the restaurant is open again.

The staff was very nice and friendñy. We were travelling with our 7-month-old baby and they offered us to boil watter any time during the day if it was needed. Leave our stuff at the fridge or just anything we would extra need. The house is big and cosy, you really feel like at home and we found very nice that during breakfast, they offered to prepare eggs for every guess individually. So either you wanted to have your eggs scramble, boil or a delicious omelette, you got it at your table!! I think is a nice detail that you don´t find often in other hotels.

We were lucky to have a balcony but there was no chair on it. It would have been nice to have a par of sits to enjoy the view. I don´t think is mandatory but as a suggestion for improvement.
