AC in the building itself needs to improve its very hot from elevator to the lobby

We liked the confortable beds and breakfast service was good too. Kudos for for that ladys Nataly amd carolina on congierge who were really kind and professional. The location is pretty good too.
Tv's are old and no internet (netflix) on rooms.

The breakfast is so good with different healthy and delicious choices and the room so comfortable and very well maintenance and the sauna & spa was so relaxing.

the staff at the counter extremely helpful
the rooms, bathrooms need renovation. Some waiters need better manners. One occasion I asked for lemon juice, and I was told that there was no lemons available. Difficult to believe in Peru.
