The hotel felt very comfortable and safe. The staff were very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my dog.

The breakfast is quite underwhelming considering the price. (Although the green juice was delicious)!

there seems to be a lot of people hanging around who don’t stay at the hotel. pool was full of people (and litter) who came for the day. also people hanging around the parking lot drinking. breakfast was average

great location with a swimming pool plus a good breakfast included.

They have a nice coffee place in front.

There is nothing to do nearby, and there are no windows in the rooms.

Breakfast was ok.

Staff not very helpful in terms of explaining things. The first room we were given had a bad smell, second room better but air con noisy. Poor wifi in the room. Room ok but only two towels for four of us.

Location was great for us and near to where we wanted to be. Easy to get around with taxi and rented car. Breakfast was good, had everything from yoghurts to a warm meal. There was young guy with weave- curly hair , he was working very well keeping the whole area very clean, tables and assisting when serving the food. All staff with mouth cover and nice entry check getting luggage disinfected and a small health form check. Also in breakfast area a lot of people respected using mouth cover and just removing when actually eating and drinking.

The reservation was for 4 people and there were just 2 big towels in the room. Would have been great to have them in room but reception was helpful and gave us the additional when requested. Nothing really bad about the place, good basic city express standards.
