Very good localisation - away from crowded center of Hikkaduwa, beach is empty and clean. No noises from the neighborhood. There are beach chairs available for the guests, rooms are cleaned every day/every two days. Very comfortable beds. The hosts are really friendly, always present for you. The breakfasts are really generous and diverse - every day we got different dishes - rotties, pancakes, string hoppers, a lot of fruit. I can recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking for good quality quiet rest!

The location is amazing, the host is lovely, breakfast perfect. They let us stay in the room until late free of charge since there was no other booking. The garden looks exactly like in the photos, with the exit to the beach, altogether very peaceful.

The room itself is pretty basic for this price, you really pay for the beachfront location and the lovely garden, but they make it worth it.

Cute small hotel with only 4 rooms. The owners are very nice, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are not big but have everything, what you need. The position of the hotel directly on the quiet beach is really special and the garden and terrace sunbeds are comfortable and offer wonderful views, that you can watch all day long! Breakfast was good and we also took a nice and tasty lunch there everyday. Hoping to return, a place we can recommend.

A very unique old house converted to a home stay. It's very homely and relaxing with a beautiful garden and sun terrace. The staff were wonderful and so friendly. Breakfast was nice and the location right in a quiet part of the beach was hard to beat. About a 45 minute stroll on the beach to the main part which we enjoyed each time.

The room is a bit small and dark. Felt a bit claustrophobic. Maybe more space for sun lounger at the front as if all rooms are taken there are only enough loungers for 3 couples. Minor tweaks though.
