Friendly staff. The accommodation was simple yet had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. We appreciated the washing machine! The ski hill is a 10-minute walk away.
The beds could use an update. They weren't too comfortable. I wish the parking and ski locker were included in the price of our accommodation. We were surprised to learn upon checking in that parking was an additional 12 Euros per day. Knowing this beforehand might have affected our decision to stay as there are other places nearby with similar rates that include parking in their price.

Spacious clean accommodation. Great location for ski lifts.
The view from our room was straight into another apartment block which was very close. Was fine in winter as mostly out in daylight hours. Would be unpleasant in summer.

We brought our English setter since it's a pet-friendly property (with supplement). We were surprised for the hosts were so accommodating, offering a "pet amenity set" (foldable drinking bowl, food bowl, bag dispenser) as well as an extra sheet to protect sofas in the event your dog sits on the sofa (ours doesn't). A very nice detail!
The apartment receives frequent visitors so in some places, it was lacking in maintenance (i.e. a broken radiator), but nothing major.

Super clean and great location
Kitchen cleaning was our responsibility, of course we wouldn’t leave a mess, but a full kitchen cleanup after breakfast was unpractical to be leaving the place.

The apartments were spacious and comfortable and meet our needs. The sofa is not for 2 adult people, please consider booking an additional apartament.
There were some additional costs related to various amenities (ie parking, extra towels, bed lining and so on) which we didn't know of upfront. We parked some of the cars at the gondola for free.

water gets cold in shower very easily if a lot of people are getting showers. 6 in our group. Beds aren’t the best but we’re okay.

Location was perfect, a short walk to the ski hire shop and ski lifts. Two supermarkets within the walking distance. Equipped kitchen. The flat was warm.
The hot water for shower was only enough for 1 person, which was problematic after a long day skiing. After it ran out we had to wait for a couple of hours before it was available again. It really needed to be fixed urgently. The beds were rather too hard.

We arrived on a busy Friday night. Staff were still at the office serving arrivals even though it was 30 mins after their closing time. They didn't seem grumpy or impatient to close. Thank you! Then when we decided to leave early, they just told us to clean the apartment, put rubbish in bins outside, and deposit the keys in the letterbox provided. The sofabed was surprisingly comfy, not a mean or 2-part mattress with an awkward fold line like some. Less than 200m walk to the lift is of course a bonus; more when you use the lockers at the lift and not at the apartment.
Kitchenette was a bit minimalist, very little work space or storage space. The underground garage, as we've often experienced in Andorra, needs slow and careful driving to get around the tight pillars and bends.
