It was comfortable, stylish and well stocked
On top of the shopping centre so well located
Air con was hot, hot or hot which made the room slightly uncomfortable.

The Hotel is absolutely wonderful. But the highlight is definitely the staff, although all the staff was extremely helpful and lovely, I would like to point out Allen and Doris for being exceptional!
In addition, the breakfast was a true delight and the quality and the Food as well as range of dishes was beyond my expectations. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Less staff talking Englisch/ swimming pool is acceptable but sauna and steam bath are not really in proper or working condition
