It is close to the restaurants we like. We like the neighborhood.

Except for the sex store in front of the location, it was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and spacious. I loved having a kitchen to where I could bring and prepare my food.
That there was a sex store at the entrance of the property.

The location was very convenient to everything I wanted to do in Guatemala city.
Only issue here was the noise from the street..totally not the fault of management, but bring ear plugs..

The apartment was beautiful and had everything you could need. The night manager was incredibly helpful and polite.
The location was very convenient but the amount of traffic and vehicles without mufflers made for a loud morning. Also men shouting constantly about what I have no idea..not the facility's fault, but I wouldn't plan a peaceful retreat here
