close enough to airport and reasonably priced for 5 people.

we only stayed one night but the amenities would be ideally suited for extended stays (pools on site, etc). however we had booked a 3 bed, 3 bath room (as we were 5 people) but only realized after getting settled in the room that we only had 2 baths and only one of the 2 had a shower. There were dishes but no soap to wash them and only 1 electrical outlet for the kettle, coffee machine and toaster! The hot water took a while to get hot but when it finally did, the shower water pressure was nice!

Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay. The view is absolutely fantastic. We spent half an hour outside just looking at the sunset. The rooms are more spacious than most houses I've lived in. All of us were surprised by their size. The host couldn't make it, but a lovely employee did, who was the nicest, most accommodating person we've ever met. She prepared coffee and cake for us and even drove us to the nearest tavern, where we got to experience truly traditional Cretan food.

There some problems with the apartments. Several windows won't lock, so, even though we booked two apartments, we ended up using only one, as the third guest didn't feel safe enough staying in the second apartment. We arrived in October and we were the only guests. Even though the weather was warm enough, the swimming pools weren't working and everything (including the bar) was closed. Our biggest complaint was that even though the suites are only 5 km from the airport, you can only get there by taxi. The host called a taxi for us, but we were surprised to pay 25 euros for such a short distance (all three guests didn't have a suitcase or anything. Just a rucksack). So, before booking, one should factor in this additional cost. Overall, if you hire a hire and you stay at the villas during the summer, you'll likely have an amazing time.

terrace fairly small and directed towards the south. As a result not usable in the summer.
