We liked the location a lot.

Communication with the staff was a bit difficult. Not to put pressure on the staff to learn a foreign language all of a sudden but that was the only pain point

The location is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The beach is really in 2 minutes of walking. It looks like it was a fancy hotel back in the 1960s.

The room is very disappointing. The AC split system is very laggy. First several hours the room felt like the sauna despite the lowest temperature on the thermostat and the highest FAN setting. It took it literally 24 hours to get to the comfortable temperature... and then it overshot it so the next 24 hours we were freezing. The room has a kitchen, BUT all the kitchenware is for rent for a ridiculous $10/day (we've spent $15 to get our own set of kitchenware in one of the hypermarkets) so renting it for 10 days that we were staying would cost us additional $100 which diminishes the room price advantage. There's no balcony, it is impossible to open foggy and dirty windows, so the room doesn't have ANY view at all. The swimming pool is a dirty smelly bath-sized nonsense, no chance you'll going to want to get inside. You need to pay your entire stay BEFORE you see the actual room and there's a very small font saying that you have only 30 minutes to cancel your room without a fee. And you'll spend the first 45 minutes in shock trying to not suffocate.

The location was very good. There are many shops and spas and restaurants around, the beach is in a 2' walking distance.

One of the reasons I chose this accommodation was that I wanted to be able to cook my food during my stay. In the facilities it was clearly stated that the room included kitchen facilities. But the moment I got there, I realized that the kitchen appliances were locked and that there was a daily fee in order to use them (around 8 euros). This was not mentioned anywhere on the site, so I contacted booking customer service. They assured me in the messages that they would solve this issue by contacting the property, but I bet that they did not even try to do so. I was waiting for their response within 24hrs (as promised), but nothing. I insisted, and the only reply I was given was that they could do nothing to help me with that, but I could make a review about it. And I am here now basically making a review about booking.com's customer service. Cause their job as agent is supposed to protect us, their customers, nit just collecting the commissions. This is what I thought. Instead, they basically told me: " We are pretending to be by your side by texting you a thousand words of confronting lies, but we do pretty much nothing to solve your case. But you should warn the next potential visitors of this hotel about the situation there cause we really need you all to be happy ,but, oh well, will do nothing about it, just handle it alone."

Good location, friendly staff, good view from the balcony where you can see the street and the sea. Cleaning was every day.

Good location, near the beach

Good location, a public beach nearby, as well as a lot of good restaurants. Nice and helpful staff. Good value for money.

At the 2nd week of our stay we had lots of l ants in our room. However, after we told the receptionist about the problem he promptly offered us to change rooms, and after we moved the problem never reoccurred. The housekeeping team usually come very early, so we ended up keeping the "Do not disturb" sign on the door overnight so that they don't wake us up at 8-9 am every morning

The staffs were friendly

Clean room, everyday cleaning, helpful staff, nice WiFi, quiet room, near the beach. Laundry was good. Pool small, for 2-4 person maximum. Only for cocktails party. Nice view from the rooftop. You can rent a bike from the lobby.

Pool works from 14.00 till 20.30 No chair in the room, but you can ask one at the reception.

The staffs were exceptional, very helpful in assisting us with our bike rent for the time in Danang. Hotel location was bang on the heart of My Son beach, just about 3 minute walk away. The room was spacious. Great stay for a get away.

The room we were booked in had a broken glass shower screen which were previously removed so we had no shower screen, hence, the bathroom floor got all soaked after every shower. Staff could've been more accommodating and offer us an alternative room instead. Air con was very slow to cool down, I reported it to the staff but they seemed helpless with the situation.

No coffee maker in the room and poor breakfast choices

Hotel services was fast and fine. Location was good and near to the beach, marts and restaurants.

Hang Masion hotel name sign was quite small and hard to find for the first time. Richico hotel and Hang Masion hotel's are two connecting buildings. So it's easy to see Richico hotel sign. Pool was small compared to the photo and pool working hour is just 2pm to 6:30 pm. It's the hottest time during day and also the tourist time (visiting other places, museums, Bana hills etc). So we couldn't go to swim. If you want to swim it's not the hotel you want to stay. And also how could someone build that kind of shower (just very small glass part, no curtains and door). Water just dripping all over the bathroom floor.
