We only used the apartments as a stop before flying back home as it is near the airport.

The apartments are in much need of care. The sofas were ripped and the kitchen was basic. We paid by card and their machine gave us a receipt saying payment declined, as we had paid using a travel card we were able to see straight away if the problem was a lack of funds in the card. To our surprise, the money had gone through. It was a good job we checked otherwise we could have paid twice!

I have booked a two-bedroom apartment and only got a one bedroom

We prepared our own meals which was ok. The staff is really friendly

The stairs aren’t safe 4 kids.

Spacious apartment and it's well equipped. It's located in an ideal place and the sorrounding is superb. Really enjoyed the hot shower. The staff are great!

The internet was on and off but worked well most of the time.

We didn’t have any breakfast. The location was excellent as the apartment is opposite the golf course and my husband plays golf. The hosts were efficient and friendly, readily available and responsive.

The mattress was uncomfortable. Too many lake flies at night and the gate was noisy especially since our apartment was right at the entrance. Our little one kept waking up from the noise.

Close to all places I needed to go to. Located in a quiet area of Entebbe. Close to good restaurants and it was walking distance to the beach. They had mesh on the windows to stop insects from coming into the house and Immaculate provided good service.
